Philippe Goubville, President of the International Society for Water and Environmental Engineering, Visits Guoxin Huayuan

Recently,ProfessorPhilippe Goubauville, President of the International Institute of Hydraulic and Environmental Engineering (IAHR), led a scientific research team to visit Guoxin Huayuan.The two parties  exchanged views on smart water conservancy monitoring and early warning, water resources management and disaster prevention strategies in the context of climate change.

In Guoxin Huayuan's digital exhibition hall and R&D experimental center, Professor Gubowell's team learned in detail about the company's development history, core technology patents and global market layout. The technical director of Guoxin Huayuan demonstrated the application results of its complete set of technologies in the fields of comprehensive monitoring and early warning such as flash flood disaster early warning and water resource optimization dispatch. Key equipment such as automated collectors were also demonstrated on site, completely presenting the entire process of real-time data collection, remote transmission and intelligent processing.

Starting from the development trend of international water conservancy science and technology, Professor Gu Boweier shared the new challenges and new technological solutions facing global water resources management under the background of climate change. He affirmed Guoxin Huayuan's technological accumulation in the fields of monitoring accuracy and multi-network integrated communications, and believed that relevant results have promotion value in flood control and water resources management.

He hoped that Guoxin Huayuan could actively participate in relevant activities of the International Society of Water Conservancy and Environmental Engineering and apply advanced technology and service experience to the water conservancy construction of countries along the“Belt and Road”. Both parties stated that they will strengthen technical exchanges in the future and promote the application of smart water conservancy monitoring and early warning technology in more scenarios.
